We are excited to share that the Fall 2010 edition of the Organization Development Practitioner contains our article, Compete, Coordinate, Collaborate: Journeys in OD-HR Partnerships.

This article is part of a special edition highlighting the intersections between human resources and organization development work today in large organizations.
We are very proud to announce that our article, Preserving Employee Know-How, was published in the May 2010 edition of HR Magazine.

The article offers a short introduction to some of the cognitive task analysis
techniques that The Change Collaborative uses in its Wisdom Harvest  knowledge management practice. These techniques have been successfully applied to common business applications and challenges.
